Business Continuity Policy
Business Continuity Management Policy illustrates komtera’s approach to business continuity management.
This policy, within the scope and objectives determined by our company in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System standard, ensures that critical business processes are maintained and timely recovered in the event of an event or crisis that causes interruption of processes supporting critical products and services for longer than anticipated in the Business Impact Analysis Results. It aims to ensure a planned return to the normal situation.
Business continuity management structure and processes, policies and strategies are established and necessary measures are taken. Potential risks are evaluated and activities that prevent the realization of risks are planned. Thus, it is aimed to minimize the negative effects of interruptions in extraordinary situations in terms of operational, financial, legal and reputational aspects. While determining the business continuity management structure, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System criteria are taken into account. The primary objective of the business continuity management structure is to ensure that the mission of our company is fulfilled in extraordinary situations.
